The Suttons in Haiti – Year 1 Update

09/02/2015

20150902

It is now one year since Joel and Laura Sutton arrived in Haiti as long-term missionaries, through Reciprocal Ministries International (RMI), with the support of SDBs and the Missionary Society. They report that overall they are doing well, despite having challenges understanding the Haitian culture and adjusting to life as missionaries. They both initially served as missionary hosts to church team visits across southern Haiti. Joel is now in charge of the maintenance and development of the five RMI facilities while Laura oversees church health care/medical teams and develops guidelines.

“Thank you for your support and that of other SDBs. It is a blessing and a great help to us…We need your continued prayers and support for our work here.  We are supported at a little over 50%. Please consider donating…” – Joel and Laura Sutton

“being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6
